St. Elmo seed exchange offers gardeners free, rare and heirloom varieties

To take advantage of the optimum planting time period, a new seed exchange program in St. Elmo has been planned for Saturday, March 3 to offer community gardeners a chance to add more diversity to their flower and food plantings for the upcoming growing season.
