Superintendent Rick Smith. Hamilton County schools Superintendent Rick Smith has announced that the following individuals have accepted administrative positions for the 2012-2013 school year. This announcement followed on the heels of the appointment of some new principals last week. These administrators will begin their new assignments on July 1.
