Thollem McDonas at Barking Legs
Continuing their 20th anniversary celebration, the Barking Legs Theater and Shaking Ray Levi Society present pianist Thollem McDonas in concert tonight. Called "intense and virtuosic" and an "exceptional source of musical energy," McDonas travels perpetually as a performer, "comproviser," activist and teacher, covering much of the North American continent and Europe. Bruce Kaplan, owner of the BLT, said McDonas "is an absolutely astounding pianist, and I can’t wait to hear him on our Steinway grand."

Turtle Anarchy at Heaven and Ale
The season of gluttony and Thanksgiving is upon us, and Heaven and Ale is the location for both. Tonight, they present an event featuring Turtle Anarchy Brewing Company from Franklin, Tenn. Festivities include new beers—Another Way to Rye, Aurumglass Golden Dale, Portly Stout and Infidelis Hellesbock. Limited-edition beers will also be featured: Smoke & Mirrors (chipotle and cinnamon stout) and More than Meets the Rye! Local Slice food truck will also be offering their delicious pizza for purchase.
