Founder of The Company Lab Sheldon Grizzle recently shared a Wall Street Journal blog post that he said was relevant.
The post might be of interest to the many founders of startups in Chattanooga because it addresses "founderitis," which is the "my way or the highway" approach, according to John Greathouse, who wrote the piece.
"When founderitis strikes, the founder’s hard-charging, reactive demeanor, which was crucial to the startup’s initial success, becomes a hindrance to the company’s maturation," he said.
Greathouse outlines the symptoms of founderitis and then takes the reader through a 10-step program to cure the affliction.
