"The Secret Garden"
The Chattanooga Theatre Center continues with "The Secret Garden," based on a story by Frances Hodgson Burnett and adapted to a musical by Lucy Simon. The story follows Mary Lennox, a "sickly and contrary" girl who is an orphan living in an English manor. Her only friend is a boy named Colin. After discovering a key to a hidden garden, the two begin a magical journey. The musical adaptation has won three Tony Awards. Shows will continue through Sept. 22.
