Looking for something to get into tonight? Maybe a drink or a good time with friends? We've got you covered with a glimpse of things happening around town.
Scenic City Roots at Track 29
The first Thursday of the month means Scenic City Roots rolls into town for yet another four-ring circus of musical delights at Track 29. This month, the variety show features The David Mayfield Parade, Sturgill Simpson and Mike Farris. The local act will be Rick Rushing & the Blues Strangers. For a Thursday night outing, you really can’t find a better price-value ratio in town. Check out an interview we did with Sturgill Simpson earlier this week.

Thursday also offers up a great happy hour special. And who knows, you might meet a tourist looking for a good time. *wink*
