ATLANTA — Tennessee basketball coach Cuonzo Martin will coach the East team in the Reese’s Division I College All-Star game, which will be played as part of Final Four activities at the Georgia Dome on Friday at 5 p.m.

Martin’s counterpart for the West team is Iowa State coach Fred Hoiberg, who last month led his team to its second consecutive NCAA tournament trip.

Martin will have some talent at his disposal, including some solid big men: Wisconsin’s Jared Berggren, Jake Cohen of Davidson, Zeke Marshall of Akron and Gregory Echenique of Creighton.

The strong guard corps includes Rodney McGruder of Kansas State, Larry Drew II of UCLA, Carrick Felix of Arizona State and D.J. Cooper of Ohio.

The West team features Richard Howell of NC State, Jack Cooley of Notre Dame, Mike Muscala of Bucknell and Ramon Galloway, who led La Salle to the NCAA Sweet 16.

"This is a game that is supposed to be fun for the players, so I'm just looking forward to keeping it light and making it a good time for everyone involved," Martin said. "No weighted vests. Just playmakers doing what they do. It was kind of them to invite me to serve as coach."
