Ninety-six-gallon rollout recycling containers for curbside recycle collection are now available from the Department of Public Works.
The containers are the same size and structure as existing garbage containers.
Customers can get two recycling containers for a one-time cost of $50 each. Customers who already have more than one garbage container may exchange one for a recycling container at no charge.
Customers who do no want to use a city-issued recycling container can still participate in curbside collection, officials said, by placing items in blue bags or clearly marked containers by the curb.
