The plug-in stations for electric cars have begun to pop up around the Scenic City, but not everyone is well-versed on the how-tos and whys of these new stations. Tonight at Outdoor Chattanooga, one electric car owner, Dave Graham, makes the case for electric vehicles and the goals of zero emissions and fuel-price stability.
