Columnist David Cook is accustomed to being the student just as much of the time as he is the teacher and often within the same setting. His columns, which appear in the Chattanooga Times Free Press, often focus on the city’s extraordinary but unnoticed residents.

As part of the Hunter Museum’s Art + Issues Series, in which a piece of the museum’s collection serves as the springboard for conversation, Cook will lead a discussion on issues within the Chattanooga community based on Francis Luis Mora’s “An Out of Town Trolley.”
