Georgia Winery hosts New Year's celebration, releases new sparkling wine 
Leaders with Georgia Winery are hosting their New Year's celebration on Dec. 28, 29 and 31 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

At that time, they will unveil the newest addition to their sparkling wine list—Peach Paradise.

At the celebrations, visitors can enjoy a free wine tasting.

On Dec. 29 between 2 and 4 p.m. there will be 50 percent off tours of the winery. And there will also be live music on Dec. 29 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Precision Products expands machining capacity 
Leaders with Tunnel Hill, Ga., company Precision Products announced Monday that they are expanding their CNC machining operations. 

The locally owned company specializes in sales, service and repair of equipment for the automotive, power generation, food, beverage, medical, aerospace and textile industries. 

And leaders said they will install two new Mazak CNC machining centers, which are the first of their type to be installed in the United States, according to a news release. 

The new equipment will mean "significant increases" in accuracy and customer service, officials said in the news release.
