Hamilton Place's second annual student art competition, this year called "The Evolution of Fashion," paid tribute to the mall's 25th anniversary.

Participating students were asked to create artwork to reflect the role of fashion in our lives throughout the years.

Karla Riddle, director of fine arts for the Hamilton County Department of Education, said she is excited to have students recognized for their artistic abilities.

“We are very appreciative of the opportunity to share our students’ artwork with the community," she said in a prepared statement.
