Hodge climbing, Jaeger falling at PGA Tour qualifying school

LAQUINTA, Calif. — Former UTC golfers Jonathan Hodge and Stephan Jaeger are back in the pack at the PGA Tour’s Qualifying School.

Hodge is tied for 98th but has played well the last two rounds. He opened with a 3-over par 75 on Wednesday, but shot 69s each of the next two days. He stands at 3-under for the tournament.

Jaeger, on the other hand, is going backwards. He’s currently in 168th place, just four from the bottom, after rounds of 77 and 76 the last two days. He opened with a 72 and stands at 9 over par.

Billy Horschel, a former four-time All-American at Florida, leads the tournament at 15 under par after shooting a 66 on Friday.
