Shake it before Thanksgiving
Did you know belly dancing can help improve balance, flexibility and posture, as well as burn a surprising number of calories? And what better way to prepare for Thursday’s throwdown than by getting those abs some attention? Zanzibar Studio, located by the Hamilton County Courthous,e offers a beginning class tonight. Who knows—you might shake your way into signing up for a six-week session.

Just down the block from Zanzibar, Jefferson’s is ensuring Chattanooga does not forget the taste of summer as winter gets closer and closer. The wing and burger joint is running its weekly oysters on the half shell special tonight. Those diners who are not enticed by the taste of brine can try out the chicken or Philly steak sandwiches.
