Wondering what to do tonight? No need to check your planner—we’ve got your daily post on what’s happening around town.

The 99 percent give back
During Chattanooga’s own Occupy movement, one woman stood out from the crowd, and the same woman lent her voice to the affordable house cause for Westside residents. Now, Debbie McKinney—also known as Grandma Occupy—is in need of those whom she has supported. McKinney has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Chattanooga Organized for Action hosts a potluck dinner tonight at Renaissance Presbyterian Church to raise funds and collect donations for McKinney and her husband, Sam.

When: 6-7:30 p.m.
Where: 1211 Boynton Drive
How much: Organizers are accepting food and checks addressed to Debbie McKinney

Wino forever
Monday blues are no match for the weekly Food Works wine night. The North Shore restaurant’s beverage list includes vinos from Argentina, California, Italy, Oregon and New Zealand, among other global vineyards. The best part? Half price is the right price.

When: Kitchen closes at 9 p.m.
Where: 205 Manufacturers Road
How much: Glasses range from $2.50 to $4
