The Chattanooga men's golf team is back on the tee Friday for the Brickyard Collegiate Classic. It’s a 54-hole event played October 5-7 at the Brickyard at Riverside in Macon, Ga.

The tourn lineup includes juniors Davis Bunn (Knoxville, Tenn.), Chris Robb (Aberdeenshire, Scotland) and Benni Weilguni (Langenlois, Austria), sophomore Liam Johnston (Dumfries, Scotland) and freshman Michael Monroe (Franklin, Tenn.). Weilguni and Monroe are making their season debuts.

Robb and Johnston are tied for the team lead averaging 72.67 strokes per round. They have each led the Mocs in the opening two tournaments. Johnston tied for 11th at the Carpet Capital Collegiate in the opener, while Robb tied for 30th at the PING/Golfweek Preview.

A familiar face is out of the lineup for the first time in his collegiate career. Senior Steven Fox (Hendersonville, Tenn.), the 2012 U.S. Amateur Champion, is in Turkey representing the USA at the World Team Amateur Championship.
