The Division of Nursing and Allied Health at Chattanooga State Community College will present a series of information sessions in August for anyone interested in pursuing a career in health care.

The sessions, which will begin Aug. 7, will discuss topics such as the application process, admission requirements, selection process, curriculum details and more.

The information sessions will all be held in the Health Science Center on the main campus.

Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory for admission into the Registered Nursing Program. The sessions for this program will take place Aug. 7 at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Attendance is mandatory for the Dental Assisting Program session, scheduled for Aug. 9 at 5:30 p.m., and reservations are required.

Attendance is also mandatory for the Pharmacy Technician Program session set for 10 a.m. on Aug. 21. Reservations are not required.
