Chicago-based marketing and advertising firm Two by Four will soon move into a Warehouse Row office meant to spur creativity, officials said.
The 3,600-square-foot space will have a waiting area, a private meeting room, conference room, a kitchen and break room and a large area of open office space.
It will also have a "working bar" with taps that serve local brews and a space for employees to take a break and have fun.
"I don't know what it's going to be," Mark Jacobus, vice president, operations and new business, said Monday. "We've talked about anything from shuffleboard to pool tables. The creative staff really works very long hours, so they need to take a break and kind of get away."
The company's first five employees will move to the new space in about six or eight weeks from their temporary Warehouse Row location.
"We are not going to have cubes," Jacobus said. "It's all going to be very open."
The office will also have televisions and large metal panels to display work. The metal panels roll and can be moved into conference rooms, Jacobus said.
