Harvested Here Restaurant Week menu and location guide

Local restaurants celebrate locally grown and crafted foods with specials through Sunday

From Oct. 17 - 23 Chattanooga celebrates its first Harvested Here Restaurant Week. The restaurant week is presented by Gaining Ground along with several local restaurants and farms. Staff photo.

The first Harvested Here Restaurant Week takes place through Sunday, providing seven sumptuous days of enjoying specially priced local foods at 18 different Chattanooga restaurants.

Participating restaurants source their ingredients from farms within a 100 mile radius of Chattanooga and have prepared fixed priced menus—$15 for lunch and $35 for dinner—featuring local fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and other artisan foods from the region.

Nooga.com has compiled all of the lunch and dinner menus from each participating restaurant and included notable featured offerings from each destination. Some locations are offering lunch and dinner for two for the same fixed price, and some include wine pairings or soft beverages. Others include dessert and offer several options during each course. Check the guide below for complete details.

"Each restaurant is different in the way they are presenting their special menus, so we encourage patrons to ask their servers which ingredients are harvested here.  As this is the inaugural Harvested Here Restaurant Week, we have already learned much and this initial experience will help us in developing requirements for participation as we move forward," Gaining Ground's Lacie Stone said.
